thats cool, i have to ask though, is it hand signed? or stamp signed? Hand signed would be the ultimate in cool. Either way, it is good to know that the govt. actually at least opens letters.

The autograph looks as if a black marker was used as opposed to a stamp. The right end tip of the signature (letter r) is lighter in tint - suggesting the marker was about to be raised from the photograph. I am happy either way.
