Last year, John & I rode up Mt. Evans, we didn't get video of it but tonight found this. I thought some of ya might like to see one of Colorado's scariest roads!

Trust me, it's not Pikes Peak. But stay tuned, we're going up this year because they now have it paved all the way up

The road itself is only 14 miles from entrance gate to parking lot summit. I remember it took a little over an hour or so......factoring in ALL the stops to take pics :thumbup:

I love going up Mt. Evans. It's one of my favorites! I saw a ton of bicycles climbing it this summer, why peddle up the mountain when you can roll on the throttle?

Funny.....there were 2 guys on Gold Wings ahead of us at the gate who paid our way up. What a nice surprise to pull up and be told that they covered our fees. We're gonna try to pay it foward to someone else this summer :thumbup:
