I'm on my second Zune 30gb. My first one got the screen cracked because it was in my pocket when I highsided my Ninja 250. I tried to replace the screen with one I bought off of ebay. It would've worked but I accidentally cracked the circuit board. :spank:

I won an iPod nano at work, and traded it for another Zune 30gb, and that's what I'm still using. Love the Zune!

The one thing I've been finding is the iTunes pod casting. I never tried to do it with my zune, however I've found some of the podcasting is in formats that my iTouch doesn't support.

I forgot that there are so many phones that are the do-it-all now. It's funny to me because I remember in the 80's where the watch became the do-it-all and the joke was it would have so many functions it wouldn't have the time on it still.

I like the idea of having one device that does everything I need. I've used a pda for a long time and haven't made the change to the smart phone yet. With the capabilities of the smart phones I've always wondered how fast the battery drains if you use it as a mp3 player vs a dedicated player.

i don't really use one in the regular sense

i have an mp3 player in my car that can run from CD/USB/SD/bluetooth, this is a nessecity for driving

phone plays mp3s but i rarely use it for that

i don't play music when i'm riding or walking

I hate all the software that comes with iPod etc. Just drag and drop is nice, also I can use it as a storage solution for random files. Really good sound as well. Decent touch screen, video playback, radio,etc etc.
And support for multiple file types. Drag and drop, no software. Very simple interface. SD card expandability.

Looking to sell mine soon actually ... j/k lol it is a few years old now though.

I have a 80G zune and it's 1/2 full with 700+ CD's. I love it. Great for long trips. I just put it on shuffle and away I go. :thumbup:

$40 used / refurb Sansa View. 8Gig and loving it. Holds most of my music and some videos. I have it on my helmet when I ride. VELCRO FTMFW! Have used this setup for years.

I have the exact same. I bought a refurb figuring if it hit the ground at speed i wouldn't be devastated. buttons are a little tricky with gloves on though.

I have an 120Gb iPod classic which I use in both the car (via a wired FM modulator) and on the bike (via a bluetooth dongle).

I also have an iPhone, but prefer the classic since I can control it (play/pause/change track/start Genius) with gloves on through the cover of the map pocket on my tank bag.

What headphones do you use with the bluetooth dongle?

Sansa Fuze 8GB. Super small, great battery life, and cheap (easily replaced)! I fill it up with music from Rhapsody so I always have something different. Pretty sweet.

I have an iPhone - so I just use that as an mp3 player. Most of the time I listen to Pandora streaming over the cell / wifi network anyway, and don't use my personal music library.

I also have a Shuffle, that I prefer to use if I'm doing anything where I don't want to have my phone (such as yard work) or want to have physical controls and not worry about a touch screen.

I have 4 Nano's a shuffle and an Ipod classic. I also do technical support for a variety of other family purchased mp3 players. When I can get an Iphone I will go with that then when I'm on my bike I can accept calls and listen to music. But wait why would I want to answer a call when on my bike, maybe I'll just stick with straight music.

Zune all the way, I started with a 30gb and loved it, it survived my first motorcycle accident then died when I tried to secret agent slide under the security gate at my old job. Now I have an 80gb and plan on buying a 64gb HD at some point.

I use some RCA that I bought a few years ago. Don't remember the model. It was the size I wanted at the price I wanted, and I am happy with it.

I have an iPhone 4 and a mounting case for it to clip on to my bars. I don't listen to music while I ride, but it is great to have the Navagation System up on my iPhone for a quick reference on the road.

I have a regular iPod, but I stopped using it a while ago.

My first MP3 was a Dell DJ haha

I saw a mod where they took an iPod nano (6th Gen) and added a velcro strap to it to make it a watch. It's a cool idea, tell time and listen to tunes?

I do like to listen to music while I'm riding but I wouldn't want to try to answer a phone... I don't think the other person would be able to hear anything I'm saying. :BLAA:

I've got a 40gb iPod, HP version of all things, that is going strong after 6 years. I've no plans on updating until it dies.

For ear buds I use Er6i's, amazing sound.
