All this talk about MadMax and Motorbike had me thinking....

What is the best motorcycle movie in your opinion?

Please give some reasons..Discuss.

I personally like BikerBoyz just love the insight into that street culture of bikers and the story was good.

The Worlds Fastest Indian also very good. Love seeing that bike take off from the cars on the salt plain.

Im downloading Faster atm but its also meant to be a good flick.
Torque IMHO was a POS.

Wid hogs good laugh biker boyz good watch torque enjoyable crap, reading a map and using a mobile while riding yeah what ever., the bike sounded freaky in wrath, the bike sounded pussy in ft loose, the bike jump by steve was awesome, the bike in judge was big, the bike in i robot was suprising, the bike in batman oooohhhh, blade could ride a fine ride too.

Dust to Glory, World's Fastest Indian, On Any Sunday and The John Britten Story because they are based on true stories. Wild Hogs is funny and explains most H-D riders. Biker Boyz, neutral. Torque, feces.

World's Fastest Indian is my favourite....erxplains the passion some of us have!

The Ol boy from NZ just had the passion just a wee bit more than most!

I haven't seen World's Fastest Indian but a friend has offered to lend it to me so I will see it soon.

My favourites are the On Any Sunday movies. I also enjoyed Wild Hogs :-)

Biker Boyz was CRAP!!

If we include TV series I wasn't impressed with Sons of Anarchy, I thought is just exacerbated a stereotype that bikers are drug running murderers.

Torque is an odd case, first 45 min is a good laugh, looks like its shaping up to be a good story, then people start riding superbikes off road, and goes rapidly down hill from there, managing to include jumping road bikes onto the roof of a moving train and a laughable Jousting/cat fight between the female leads. Oh and some of the most blatent product placement ive ever seen. Real shame cus the lead chars are all likeable. It could have so easily been a biking fast and furious.

But i cant help but watch it every so often for the first 45 min, oh and Monet Mazur gets my vote as the best biker girl in any movie ever.

Jesus we get it, The good guys drink Pepsi.

English dub of an opening scene in the movie Akira.

Kaneda and Tetsuo chase down the Clowns, a rival bike gang. Meanwhile, a man dies protecting a mysterious boy with a hidden power.

Released in 1988, Akira was the most expensive anime ever produced, and it blazed new trails internationally for the medium. The mature themes and stunning visuals made those take note who had previously brushed off anime as another form of children's entertainment.

This is the biggest motorcycle scene in the anime, but it's awesome.
