Awesome video, thanks! I've linked it to my Facebook page as a reminder of the difference between just existing and living your life to the fullest.

Awesome video, made me want to go bust the bike out of storage and go for a ride... all i would have to do is get it 30 feet down a driveway with 3 feet of snow on it. I will be watching this a few more times though to get my fix!

Thanks for this inspiring video. I posted it my local club's web site. We have several members in their late 70's and early 80's who are still riding, and some of these guys still do a lot of touring and still pitch their tents.

interesting topic...I read just this morning about Harley's
woes, damn near went bankrupt in '09...the bikes aren't
that horrible, but the marketing is...in NA a motorcycle is
a toy rather than a needed vehicle, and it is a very social
activity, HD markets to a very narrow market: the Harley Dude...

I don't look like the Harley Dude, nor do I want to spend any
time with someone who looks like this, so I'd never buy one,
went to the bike show last month in Toronto and it was a sea
of Harley Dudes, fat, goatees, dirty jeans & leather vests....
time for a new marketing angle for this Co.

And we worry about our FZ6 touring capability.

Yep, a non sense thing for me

it has all the touring capabilities that I need and much more that what I can use anyway

but have in mind that I live in a different country, different roads, different size, different weather, different culture, with different Per capita annual incomes, most of the people here is not used to have two cars per house, hey!, actually most of the people here don't even have a car, and they won't ever.

a FZ6 is not a middleweight affordable motorcycle here in this country, is more of a luxury BIG machine, some people think I am wealthy for having one, but I am not, I fortunately have a well paid job, I don't have wife, kids or my own house, I live with my parents, but If I would have those responsibilities with my salary I wouldn't be able to afford such a luxury machine.

A lot of riders here want to have one some day, but most of them won't :(

But, they enjoy their rides, their trips, all their experiences on their "small" machines, everything is about the attitude, not about the bike.

Cheers.

I'm not wealthy but I feel wealthy whenever I ride my FZ6...it's an awesome motorcycle and a great sport tourer.
