I'll be there on Sunday.

And if the temperature is not too low and it's dry, then I'll take my bike.

Hope you have a great day, I'll be riding there too (unless there is an unexpected snow storm), but I don't have to ride all the way from northern Friesland

i might go, though i should check what it is first :D

its the biggest bike show in NL, the main bike makes are all there showing off their wares, there is a lot of bike equipment for sale, they generally have a stunt show (outside) , large screen etc etc (not unlike the NEC but on a smaller scale). Its a shame that the website is not in English.

i should be in .nl that weekend, no bike though :(

It is only a short walk from Utrecht central station, unfortunately I can't make the weekend as my wife is having her 40th b'day party :cheer:.

let me know next time you'll be around, we could possibly meet up

you can buy tickets online before the show kicks off, it costs €13,50. if you buy a ticket on line whilst the show is running it costs €15,00 and to pay at the ticket office at the show costs €17,50. Here's the link you have to click on the button "koop nu je kaartjes met korting" (buy your tickets with a reduction).
I'm sure you won't regret it

I went to the salon in Brussels last month. Was pretty cool, but I'm holding on to my FJR1300 :) I'd like to try one of the Honda CB1300's though...

You can print off your ticket on the printer, which as I remember has a bar code on it, you don't need to queue up at the ticket office you can simply walk into the show and they scan your ticket at the entrance.

Got my bike from the garage today. Engine fired up instantly after almost 3 months. Didn't do anything before putting it away, so it's still a good battery! I will ride to the Beurs tomorrow and bring it to the dealership for some maintenance next month. Hopefully the weather gods will be so kind to provide some nice weather...

Pleased to hear your bike is up and running again Andre

it was snowing yesterday
I rode back from work in the snow on Wednesday, but it seems to have turned into drizzle now.

@greg, yeah luckily only a short burst of winter

@Cloggy, how was your day at de Beurs?

I had a great day but there was a bit of a change of plans, as my other half works in Utrecht we decided to go out for a meal when she finished work, so I took the soft option and went by train :spank: but I had a great day looking around and afterwards going for an evening out  normally we have young uns to look after but as it's holidays they're staying at the grandparents for a couple of days, so it was nice to have an evening on our own for a change :cheer:

Unfortunately the battery in the camera only managed a couple of pics before quiting on me I thought I had a spare but it was empty as well. :spank:

Hope you all have a great day at the beurs.
