Meta alarm problem??

I fitted an Oxford Oximiser harness to my battery today which meant disconnecting the battery. Put it all back together and now the bike wont start. The ignition comes on and does the usual self check, but no fuel pump noise and no starter. I have a meta alarm and I suspect that might be the culprit? The fob works and the alarm arms and disarms itself though. Stuck!!! Any ideas?

If you lifted the gas tank,- you might have disconeccted the fuel pump,- the wire could be pulled out in the lift if you are not carefull.

How hard is it to disconnect the alarm from the circuit? Is it plug and play, so you can simply remove the patch cables and revert tot he OEM wiring?
