Congrats man! I learned how to ride on one of those at my MSF course. Its a great bike and a lot of fun.

Should be a fun bike! It kind of reminds me of my last bike... a 2003 Yamaha XT 225. Sometimes I'll see a 2 track, or a logging road and want to explore it with the FZ6, but can't.

I almost bought a lil zuma 125 just to mix it up a lil on my commute but its top speed is around 55 whereas the lil tdub will do 50-55 all day and even a lil more if I change the sprocket (on the to do list but not a priority). Hell this thing is practically a scooter, it if had FI it would be perfect but then again the price would be another $500

Its slow, fun, killer mileage and will be a great commuter and fun on the wildlife refuge we have here (some pics of that area are in here).

Cheaper, a lil better mileage, looks, lower so my g/f MAY ride it at least around the field and the rear tire is cool. Plus lots of mods to do the same to the front which would look awesome on a commuter from hell.

Hey FZSex - another nice mod is to order Jimbo's windshield. A guy in CA custom makes them and they really make a difference in comfort when you take them on the road and ride over 45 mph.

I hooked up with a TW website when I first got it - they are pretty nice there too - and that is where I met Jimbo. Let me know if you would like his email - I think I still have it. Your g/f should really like it - I did. They ride nice and true - a great learner bike.
