Can anyone help with which type of Leo's are the best bang for the buck for my '08--alum., CF, or Titanium????

Thanks

todd

They are all going to sound the same. It depends on how you want it to look

Dunno bout that, have heard that they all sound a little bit different to each other...a few of the guys where i come from have them, but they all have Aluminium, so cant vouch for this though???

one thing is deff dont go with carbon fiber if your bike sits out in the sun alot! it will yellow and get brittle not pretty

I don't know myself, but I've heard that carbon cans don't get as hot as the titanium or aluminum ones. Might be something to consider if heat is an issue for you (..or your passengers).

Really? Interesting. Well, I have titaniums on the way. I sure hope they're not gonna sound like dirt bikes.

TB titanium pipes going on my bike today! Got em, cause of the Carbon discolouring thing, and apparently, titanium pipes also have a very deep, gruff sound compared to aluminium. Dont get finger prints on them though, once the pipe gets hot, the print gets permanently etched into the surface!

So clean them real good after installation, before you fire the bike up after install!

We've made a test on a FZ1.
We installed an allu, carbon and titanium exhaust on the same bike.

There is absolutely no difference in sound between the 3 exhausts.
The biggest difference is the weight and the temperature.

The allu exhaust is the heaviest and produces the most heat.

i have the CF LEO's on mine... be aware though that the 07" is slightly different for the Leos so be sure to get the right model number when you order.
