It's good to know that they still sell for that much! The wife and I have 32gb iPhone 4's. The 4s wasn't really worth it for us to upgrade but hopefully the iPhone 5 will be.

That is another huge plus for iPhones is you get back what you paid for them by selling on Craigslist or eBay. Basically allows for regular semi free phone upgrades.
