Problem of this ...

I come into the garage, turn the key, gasoline pump buzzing, then i click starter, everything is started OK.

Than i driving, driving, driving and for example come to gas station. Turned the key, pull it off, fill tank.

And here begins Madness!

Insert a key, turn. And its all...Everything is ok, but the gasoline pump is not buzzing. Starter turns, zero sense.

Than i started jumping and dancilg like shaman around the bike. And after 10-15 mins i turn key one more time and pump start buzzing, and bike wound!

Anybody have this problemm?( its problem of fuel pump relay or immobilizer?
Help plz( Its impossible to wait 10-15 mins after every stop(

PS Sorry for my English -_- From Russia)

Hello ViLKaa!

It could just be a fuel pump problem. Lift the tank and check that all connections to fuel pump are secure. Make sure all hoses are secure. When ever something like this happens it's a good thing to check all hoses and electrical connections.

Here is a link to Ran Ayers.com
#8 is the fuel pump assembly. Ronayers.com Fiche Desktop Motorcycle Yamaha 2006 FZS6V FZ6 FUEL TANK

Your doing fine with your English. Just remember when saying hello or greeting English speaking people, to say to them, " Wus Up My Home Skillet! "
Joking of course!!! Good luck on your bike!

Could also be a bad fuel pump relay. It looks like the fuel pump relay is part of the cutoff relay system. IDK how easy or hard it is to replace or check that. The fuel pump relay pulls current strait from the fuel injection system fuse. The positive connection to the relay coil comes from the kill switch and the negative coil connection is controlled by the ECM- ie the ECM controls when the fuel pump turns on, provided the kill switch is on.

Thx)

I check all electrical connections million times.

If after some driving i will turn key Off-On. Its stopped work(
if i dont touch key and olnly use engine stop button..its work after off/on .

so yesterday i take second key for fill a gas tank) and when i stopped somewhere i didnt turn key, only engine button =)

From waht you've described, the "buzzing" is just the sound of the fuel injectors 'priming'.

If your Kill Switch on the right handlebar is in the ON (bike wont start) postion and you turn your key to ON, you will not hear it.

If your Kill Switch on the right handlebar is in the OFF (run) postion and you turn your key to ON, you will hear it.

In either case, the bike should still start once the kill switch is OFF, wheather you hear the 'buzzing' sound or not.

problem not at buzzing
problem is
when at 1 second after some driving i turn key off-on -> bike DONT start! Starter workning but nothing happened
(but if i wait 10-15 mins withoout doing anything and turm key on an swith on its start normally!!! )

if i only hit swith button off-on its start fine

Hmm, then that is a strange problem indeed.

Is it still under any warranty? Can you take it to a local Yamaha shop for them to have a look at it?

i will do it.
but its so strange thing, thats why at first i asked here. maybe someone have this problemm and i wont need to take bike to yamaha center

ufffffffffffff
Hi everybody again)
Finnaly I found problem !
I opened the immobilizer (took a long time, he was filled with sealant) and discovered that one leg of the capacitor broken -_-
0.5$ for a new capacitor and everything works!
