Will be 52 this year and been riding since I was 16. past my test at 18 and hope to be riding for another 30 years if i last that long

I like to think that what I lack in skill, I make up for in stupidity. :mikebike:

But I have been riding since I was 6 years old. Started on a little PW50 and wore a cool flame bicycle helmet. Blasted around the farm on dirt bikes my entire childhood. Bought my FZ at age 15! Wasn't allowed to ride it on the street by big brother until I was 17 though. Bike hasn't hardly cooled off since then!

I do love this forum, such a diverse group of people, willing to help each other out without hesitation. All of us united by a common love of motorcycling and the do-it-all, cheap and easy to ride bike that we have.

LOL. It does seem "old people" are getting younger! A gentleman who I know and have ridden with a few times is close to 80 year old if he isn't already. He drag races a ZX14.:bow:

I will hit the half century mark in less than a month from now.
