i would have lost my temper after he tried to run multiple times. i wonder if they guy had insurance?

Who knows about insurance. There was a spot that said there was "a language barrier". Could be actual language issue or just stupid who knows. Some places, India, you don't stop unless you really hurt the person. But that's India, where the opposite of all is true.

good video. For future reference, if you were involved in such accident, say the plate out loud, in case the video isn't good enough to catch the plate or you have terrible memory.

I think the video would have been better had he camera been attached to his helmet. This way, he could have possibly captured the driver's face.

Another cool thing would have been to have a bluetooth phone to call 911 while following this douchbag.

I will say no matter where you are from, your moral compass should be WAY better than that guys. The language thing however isn't all that uncommon. The state usually will offer tests in the languages of the tester. I'm pretty sure they can't/shouldn't discriminate against them. As for putting up signs... We live in America...Learn American. J/K!

Well I don't agree a lot of the drivers who speak good English as their native language are qualified to be drivers. If you examine it closely it comes down to attitude more than anything else.
As I said earlier, I love cultural diversity but I don't want you to harm me and mine or yourself because you misunderstand how pilot a motor vehicle. I don't care how you drive or treat yourself in another country! I do care how you treat me and others in mine.

I have this neighbor who just got her license. She came to me one day saying she couldn't park her car. I went with her to the car and there were no cars on either side of her car and there was no reason other than possibly some emotional problem that would stop her from being able to park the car. She's lived here for a long time and is from another country. I realized all the private drivers license teacher that I've seen with their students practicing at DMV after hours, were successful at getting these people to pass the DMV written and driving test when they really should have some additional training or testing to see if they are ready to be on our roads. My neighbor is very set in her ways emotionally or culturally and crashed her car a few days later. I don't know if any one was injured but I do know she should not drive until she has additional training.

They need to have different levels of licensing here in the USA much like they do all over the rest of the word. Instead of the "L plate" we could start off with a "Yak plate" Yeah! You heard it here! :rockon: You start out with a little cart pulled by a Yak! :rof: Because to tell you the truth that's how a lot of people drive here in Cali. Driving isn't just rules and street signs. It's cultural. You don't have to speak the language...you just need to drive the car as if we all share the responsibility.
