Hit a rock (6" tall) on freeway - help

while your at the investment stage for new rims and tires....seriously consider investing in a training course to improve your confidence is getting the bike to react to your inputs. This time you got out unscathed...whats a few hundred dollars more to give you some well needed skills.

To be honest, I'd be hesitant to buy ebay/CL/salvage yard rims because you don't know what happened to them.

If someone on the forum doesn't have some, go new. It's the safest bet for you, and will offer you the greatest piece of mind. Yes, it'll be expensive, but how much is your life worth to you?
