In the light of your oil mod I thought I'd better try one too. I also modded my headers...Took all the grunge off them..lol. Thought I'd try the shiny look for a while:thumbup:

I did another mod tonight...covered all the lights on my bike in black vinyl.....looks really cool...should be great for the track day in the morning...am guessing that it will be a pretty popular mod with other bikes at the track as well......Sheesh, this modding business is damn hard work!

I would join you, but i have one bike that needs an indicator soldered, and the other one, needs it's brakes fixed....and i am too damn lazy to to do either today....tired, very tired....still pumped from the track day yesterday though.

Clarendon, to Meadows, to Ashbourne, to Strath, to Macclesfield, to Echunga, to Mylor, to Stirling and Crafers, over Mt Lofty, turn left to Ashton and down Montecute road to Corkscrew Road, down to the gorge, chain of ponds to Gumeracha. Picture of a big horsey. Back down to Cudlee Creek and off to Lobie. Home from Lobie via Ashton, Mt lofty, Crafers...fuel...lol. Over to Stirling and Cherry Gardens, down into Coro Valley...Back up and across to Clarendon....mmmm nice....back to Coro Valley..LMAO...and return home via Clarendon.....over 19,000km for the year. Pics...video....very few traffic issues.....petty about the whole being home for Mother's Day thing, but that was good too I guess, so today was a winner all round.:cheer::rockon::thumbup:

Ok, last week, the powers that be, ruined my opportunity to go for a weekday sports ride, by calling a meeting when i had no kids to worry about and the opportunity to ride.....well this week, the same powers that be, ave cancelled a meeting at the last minute......

Now i have already organised my little bub to be with his mum, cause of the meeting.....so why upset her plans!!!!! why not ride instead.....

regardless of the fact that i have a more than slightly trashed front tyre on one bike, and some dodgy brake action happening with the other.....one f them will be dragged ut for a nice sunday driver free blat through the hills tomorrow....

If anyone wants to join me, you are welcome.....will be heading out at about 11.30am, and back at home base by 3pm....

Well i went for my ride today...no photo's...was too dull, and i was more interested in riding, than stopping.

Managed to avoid the rain, that was seemingly surrounding me, til i got to Piccadilly, and then i got pretty much saturated!

Took Oinky, who's tryes coped admirably considering their condition, in fact, the roads cleaned them up quite a bit, and they dont look half as knackered as the did after the last track day at Mallala!

Bike was also running a lot smoother thanks to Mr Motul.......Stinking Yamalube that was in it before....Mutter, Mutter!

Anyway's.....looking to get out again on the weekend, if anyone is interested....most probably Sunday Morning...as Saturday, Gazza and myself are doing brake servicing on his and my bikes....
