Helmet Hair

You guys are give b_dude the wrong advise... You don't need a new haircut, what you need is a new job!

:Flip: :D Smart Arse!

For you, it's the moment you wake up til the moment you go to sleep. For me it's maybe May through Sept.

This year just plain SUCKS up here! April isn't showing us any relief and we still have snow on the ground.

You're fortunate... all of you in those climates! I've gotta find a good job in a warmer place!

You, sir, need heated grips, a heated jacket and some snowmobile pants. And studded tires.

Or some fellopian tubes?

I find it amusing that some of you think if you work in a professional environment you can not wear short hair or a shaved head.

I work in a professional environment and have always had my hair fairily short... recently about 3 weeks ago I shaved it and I love it.

More importantly my wife loves it and my clients have been very positive as well.
:)

I work in in a corporate sort of place... short hair isn't really an issue for me.
And year, studded tires would help this time of year... maybe it would keep my the rubber side down for me... :(
And FZ6inNH, i was riding around all last week, what, can't handle the cold? :D

I go with short hair, seems to be OK. While trying to sound as hetero-sexual as I can, I did purchase a type of styling gel that automatically rebounds to the original style once the hair gets wet. So, a quick trip to bathroom, wet the hair a little , and it looks as good as it did before I put on the helmet. Worth every penny of the $20 I paid for it, seeing as how I work in sales and looking professional is pretty much mandatory.

$20 is kind of steep dont ya think? there is a product called got 2 be glues it does the same and you can buy it at wal-mart for around $3.50! and your hair will look like this>:thumbup:

I also rode last week . It might be hard for FZinNH to ride though, he sold his bike and the new one isn't ready yet...

I don't know if it's a good or a bad thing... but when I get to work, I get to trade my bike helmet for a flight helmet. Needless to say, I'm sporting the ultimate "helmet-head" by the end of the day, but can always throw it in a ponytail for a drink at the pub after work...:iconbeer:

By the way, I live in Canada(!) and have been riding the bike since I bought it in January - No snow here! Gotta love the west coast! ;)
