Gromet I think

I may be using the wrong term. I am replacing the timing case cover- hole in current one- and this "gromet" appears to be broken at the bottom. I'm going to continue with the replace but I'd like to get a new one on.
I'm assuming this piece makes an airtight seal.

Please let me know where I can buy one, I've looked on ebay a bit and nothing similar seems to be coming up on my phrasing.

It's simply the cover gasket.

Just to be technically correct, it provides an OIL tight seal. We're need to keep the oil in the engine, not the air out.
