I posted this about two months back
This is basically a grip puppies style copy that for me, works a treat. I needed something for the buzz too after moving up from my V twin honda.

Hope it works out! One other thing I'd like to mention.. check the bolts holding the top clamp (the clamp that holds the bar in place). 2 front bolts should be torqued down first so that the clamp actually makes contact with the upper crown. Then the 2 rear bolts should be tightened in an alternating pattern. Torque all to 17 foot pounds.
I may be crazy, but I felt more vibration when my bolts were equally tightened without the clamp touching the crown in the front.

I'll check that out. I thought of buying a steering damper sometime soon so I might have to be removing/tightening those very same bolts anyway.
But first I'll test what the HVMP's can do without extra modifications
Biggest reason for steering damper is not because I tend to accelerate hard in 1st gear, but because I recently had 2 front wheel lifts at 2 small sharp hilltops after eachother. The front wanted to go straight forward supermanstyle att he point when it went downhill. Was a bit creepy with shaky steering while accelerating at 100+ km/h!

Good idea!
The regular spunge-like grip puppies would never work for me, because I don't tend to hide away under a bridge just because it starts to rain a little.
If I feel the need for additional buzz killing (after installing the HVMP bar ends I just ordered) this could sure help too.

The HVMP bar ends just crashed through my roof... I guess the parachute couldn't take the weight...
Haven't installed yet but will tomorrow or the day after (when weather gets better). This set REALLY seems like high quality - looks nice too!
Crossing my fingers this will kill most if not all that freakin' buzz!

Progrip dual density (there are several models to choose from) are pretty good. Definitely better than stock. Grip puppies is another very popular option.

Finally, after installing the bar ends had a longer ride today on the highway... lots of travel around 130 km/h (about 7.000rpm where buzzing usually becomes significant).

Good news... HVMP does work!

Buzzing is not at 0% - I still got a sliiight sleepy feeling on my right hand during the end of the 150 km trip but it is MUCH less than before.
During the start of the trip I felt more buzzing in the left handle, but I guess it's cause that it, unlike the the speedo-handle, is directly attached to the handlebar.

Sometime soon I might buy a set of those spider handles... that might just add to a near complete buzz kill
