Fz6s 07' chain size and sprockets

Hey,
Can anyone please tell me what is the recommended size of 07' FZ6 chain (530?/520?).
And also the recommended teeth in rear and front sprockets?

It should be:

front: 16 teeth
rear: 46 teeth

chain size 530
