Fz6 in progress (my first post)

Hey guys and girls!

This is my first post and I want to say what a cool site this is and most of the posts have been very helpful.

So I have working on my bike for awhile and I want to show what I got done so far done on my silver fz6 2004, I took some pics of me riding on it and it in still motion.

Puig Screen (modded by me) "I took an Inch off the actual screen"
Lower Fairing
Leo Vince
Led Smoke Flush Mounts (on order) Will receive this week
Eliminator kit (on order) Will receive this week
Duel headlight mod (on order) Will receive this week
TCP seat Cowl (on order) end of the month of April
Hand Grips

I think thats all so far


Will repost all new pics with flush-mounts and eliminator kit on next week with better quality, my camera is in another state

Yeah. didnt see frame sliders either. That was my first mod!

Also interesting jacket and shoes your riding in. not my type of gear to ride in.

Yeah my jacket was stolen from campus and that was all i had at the time, ill post my new yamaha one soon. its really nice Cant put sliders on it yet, cause i need to work with my lower fairing to in order to put them on.

Allows for both lights to be on while you use the low beams. Look here:

If you change the headlight fluid at the same time, the dual headlight mod will add like 30Bhp too!!

I highly recommend...it took me 20 minutes and gave me a lot more light:thumbup:

BD43's harness is top notch too...everything fits together like it's OEM. The man is a genius. :rockon:

Just stumbled upon one of your posts and noticed where you are from. I lived in the Festus / Hillsboro area all my life until about a year and a half ago we moved a little north to the Imperial / High Ridge area. Welcome, I am fairly new to the site myself and is has been a wealth of knowledge. I know of a couple other guys on this site that live in our general area, maybe we will catch up with each other one day. I know Surdykes (and others) have a few group rides throughout the year, I will post when I hear about the next one local to us and see if we can find more eastern Missouri FZ riders. Looks like we are garaged for at least another week with this crap weather we have coming in but at least I got a good ride in yesterday!! Good luck with the bike, looks nice I like the silver & black. Be Safe!

Hey thats good to know, I work in Festus Music World, which is off mainstreet, Got a friend that lives in Butler Hill. Right now our weather is crap though Missouri weather for ya.... Currently I got my Eliminator kit installed and my flushmounts,, still waiting on seat cowl, but i wont post any pics until the end of the month And I bought my girlfriend a new helmet! To bad bike is sleeping for the winter again,,, Also, going to paint my wind screen too, but i got to get the color code for silver for my bike, that its too cold too.
