full cowling

I've seen allot of discussion about full cowlings and I wanted to let anyone who's interested where to get them. Not an aftermarket but the actual Yamaha accessory. They are not available in the US although I can't tell you why! They are available from a Yamaha parts company in Canada. They will ship to the US. The prices on their website are in $Canadian so the $US cost is about 20% less. Hope this is of use to somebody.

It's important to select year as well as model to get the correct colour as well as fit. Try this link to the 2007 FZ6 full cowling and other accessories for that model/year. Same site, different path:

So if I have a FZ6 2006 there really isn't a way to get the full fairing only the lower cowling for a partial muffler coverage?
