To answer some PM'ed questions:
1) This is a shad rack.
2) The topcase mount looks smaller than others because this is a smaller sh33. Bigger boxes have a bigger top case base but the rack is the same.
3) All mounting hardware is included, I just took it off the bike yesterday.
4) US Shipping should be around $20
