Got my 2007 FZ6, previous owner has completely removed the front turn signals. What are my options for getting some aftermarket ones? Brackets and all have been taken off.

Got some stock brackets, and mounted up some signals that match my rear ones I put on. Fitted them with some washers from Lowes that I painted satin black. Matches the brackets perfect, and I like the overall outcome! They are fairly bright too.

Which signals are those? Since putting on my TB exhaust, I've been wanting to ditch those junk signals that came with it. Actually, I did junk them and removed the rubber boot from the stock signals and put them on for now until I find a better option. Had one of the bulbs from the TB blow out in less than 200 miles, and couldn't find a replacement bulb except from TB :( We've finally had a few days of decent weather in NY and I didn't feel like waiting for bulbs :)

I've been looking at some of the Bikemaster ones, I'm just not sure I want to put on ones that aren't DOT approved. I'm not sure if the guy @ the place I get my bike inspected would be a PITA about it or not.

Anyways, I like the looks of yours (I'd prefer a clear lens though) and I'm wanting to change both front and rear to match. Don't want flush mounts or the ones in the pods (although I wouldnt mind a combination of BOTH of those I suppose), and I don't really care about LEDs. Picky eh? lol

The front OEM front signals have a running light and turn signal filament in the original lamps. If you've changed to LED or other type light are you concerned whether you have your running lights? I know it's kind of a moot point because you have a headlight lit but some municipalities require the running lights to be working and visible.

Hmm I'm not sure if that's a requirement here or not. I'll have to look into that. If it's not, then no, I don't care about having running lights. If they can't see my headlight, running lights probably won't save me either :D

I've been told that apparently front running lights aren't required, just the headlight/tail light/brake light/signals. So I guess I could go either route.

If you want to make 2 wire LED singals to act as running lights (3 wires required like OEM signals), then purchase some of these and it makes it easy!!

Wish these were around years agao when I wired up my Watsen LED flush mounts....had to add in load resistor and 2 sets of relays for EACH signal to do the same thing!!
