Frame slider confusion

Quick question. I just bought a used Fz6 and it came with Frame sliders. What brand i have no idea, they are plain and black. But my question is which side should the longer slider be on? I think mine might be reversed.

you should have two. one on each side of the frame. if you do not then i'd guess it's been dropped and they have taken it off and not replaced it.

get a new one soonest in case you drop it

Longer one goes on the left.

Shorter one on the throttle side IIRC. The stator cover sticks out the farthest and is on the clutch lever side IIRC.

Well i do have two. Its just that i noticed the right one seems longer that the left. the left looks like if i laid it down it would contact the case on side of motor. I guess i should have explained that
