fork rebuild question

A fork rebuild question if I may gents...?
I decided to change the seals on my forks and when I took them apart I noticed that the top bush on each fork is different and was wondering if I should be concerned....?

It looks like one was replaced in the past. They are both worn, so I’d replace both with OEM bushings.
