Geoff's Mod List / How to
I would like to note that not all this stuff is streetfighter/naked mods.
Ive been building up a list of links where I got most of my parts from in order to setup my bike as I did. I just want to make it easier for people to find toys for the bike instead of searching the internet endlessly. Its getting closer and closer to riding season and people are wanting to setup a new ride.
The two biggest things people are generally looking for are a seat cowl (which is not needed for the conversion, its just cool thats all) and headlight mod.
Short and simple if you want the seat cowl like Wolfman, Wavex, and I. This is where I got mine. On top of that they Paint it too!
Seat Cowl
For the headlight there are various types of headlights. You can get pretty cheap on them such as the Demon headlight or the Cyclops or you can go pretty expensive like Wavex and I did. Now remember the headlight Wavex and I have/had came through a french website. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SPEAK FRENCH if you want to order from the KMP website.
I have the KMP4 headlight
To contact these guys it quite easy. (KMP dealer over seas)
1. Go to KMP Seller
2. Simply if you got any questions, click the contact member and the left side of the screen that appears and they will be happy to help. These guys are very nice and speak very good English, so dont try using translate phrase sites.
These other websites for other headlight are generally much easier to find then the KMP stuff, eBay seems to carry quite a bit of headlights, but dont always trust them. If you saw my thread about the belly pan, yeah.....
(keep in mind when you buy a headlight from most places, it doesn't come with mounting hardware) ALSO Most headlight or ALL headlights are not PLUG N PLAY
I bought my mounting hardware from eBay for about $45.00 Remember the fz6 43mm forks. (Quote me if I am wrong please.)
The next big thing people want to buy are belly pans, and my gosh, they have a variety of these things now. However, these do come with mounting hardware
Your local deal does carry the one I bought for my bike or the over seas method which ever you prefer. ebay has a variety of them. These two sites have bunch too.
Wild Hair Accessories
Bici MotorCycles
I think one of my greatest mods that I have done is the handlebar mod. I currently have drag bars on my bike and this is where I got mine. Great prices for saving money, make sure you check for threads, might have to travel to a different site for threads.
Motorcycle Super Store
Now, something that isnt needed, and not required by law in my state, BLINKERS! When you take apart your fairing you lose blinkers, so you have to do something else, My favorite set of blinkers I have seen are Rizoma blinkers like Wavex's bike. They are quite pricey but I leave that up to you.
PJS parts is a great place to buy Rizoma products and other accessories.
PJ's Parts
There is one other thing I recommend, thanks to Wavex, is mounts for the Speedometer.
Amazon had these

Last but not least, I have Leo Vince Carbon wrapped pipes on my bike (no killers)
I think this a great start on working on the conversion to streetfighter/naked, there's always other mods such as the license plate mod, wheel strips, paint, lever, rear sets, etc. etc. These are not exactly needed, but always do add to the bike.
I really hope this thread helped a lot who are in the process or beginning the process of the conversion.
For everyone who has helped me on my conversion I thank again again Krid, Wavex and Garret (who isnt part of this website)
thanks guys
