that's actually pretty cool. think about how expensive air conditioning, tvs, etc... were when they first came out. thankfully there were rich people with the money to buy them so more and more could be built and bought at a more reasonable price.

Very Cool!! There have been flying cars since the 40's Taylor Aerocar I saw Molt Taylor's car in the air over the EAA air show and in-town Oshkosh (getting an oil change at a Jiffy-lube!) the year he donated it to the EAA Museum. The coolest ultra-light I've seen was a flying motorcycle (that's how the manufacturer was advertising it) you straddled the fuselage just like a bike. It even had "pegs" to operate the rudder! As you can tell I'm also a certified aircraft nut! Add guns and you get to my screen-name, Wildcat_ drvr, drvr reading driver. My avatar is a Grumman F4-f3 Wildcat at Guadalcanal during the battle for the island. I play IL-2 Strumovik, a WWII flight simulator Mission4Today and love to fly the Wildcat in the game! Sorry for rattling on so,,,just waitin for nighter6 to call about going for a ride! Rich :rockon:
