First Day Back on Bike Since Crash 9/08

Hey Rob, that's great news that you are mobile again. When are we riding? There's a sh*t load of low mileage bikes for sale right now, have you started looking? Or are you set on buying new?

PS- The Redline oil in my RSX still makes the shifting smooth, thanks!

Glad your tranny is still silky... another convert under my belt for Redline Transmission Fluid.

I'm pretty bent on buying new unless I can find a used street triple in mint condition. Especially since I want the R which only came out this year... I doubt any used will be around.

Yeah! Rob! I'm glad to hear you are back in the saddle.

So...FZ6 or Speed Triple??? I was down at the BMW/Triumph shop buying a new tank bag and was chatting with the sales dude. He was pimping the Speed 3 in a big way, and they look great!

I'm looking at the STREET triple, not the SPEED triple. One is a 675cc and one is 1050cc respectively. I prefer the middle weight bikes for the lighter weight and better manuverability. Both are gorgeous bikes with plenty of power.:thumbup::rockon:

I went for my first ride a couple of weeks ago since my lower back surgery last August, and it was GREAT.:rockon:

If funds are tight then you could always buy a beater for a year and then I'm sure you could find the used bike you want this time next year.

It's ok I wouldn't be able to wait that long either Have fun shopping and way to get back in the saddle. Take it easy.
