First Bike, First Mod

I've ridden and been around bikes most of my life, but it took 4 years in college for finally get me on one. I'm absolutely in love with the bike and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The first one is the first weekend I got it. The next three are pictures of the muffler shroud painted black. I've seen people talking about this and decided to just give it a shot. I think it really cleans up the look of the bike. It was the only big chunk of silver on the thing...

lol, mod fever... I had that with my Nissan 240sx. I'm trying to avoid "ricing" this one out while fixing Yamaha's... we'll call them short-sights (nothing they do is a mistake ).

Well you could paint your forks, but R6 forks look so much better on the 06 faster red.

How is that holding up? I took two days putting coat after coat on that shroud then I accidentally nicked it with the OMG handle (luckily in an inconspicuous spot) and it cut straight through it. What type of Krylon did you use?
