Finally converted my R1 to "Track Only"

This afternoon I decided to do it - I pulled all of the street runnings (except the side stand) off of my R1 (attached).

I'm having a hell of a time getting comfortable on it ... I feel all cramped up, and I'm worried that I might crush it.

Yeah you should probably put Öhlins suspension on it... Just in case.

I've had much the same problems trying to stuff a 998 Ducatti lump in my Katana. I've mislaid the superglue......
