Has anyone made / purchased one of these clips to do the headlight mod?
First time I rode my new bike at night I was getting flashed as the left light is on high beam all the time.
Also the two parking lights are on all the time and someone said because the right one is on, it confuses the indicators.
any thoughts

Hey Horry, yeah I just recently got the harness from bd43 (Daryl), works great, and easy to install... (just a lot of fiddling around to get to the plug..tank, airbox...etc).

I had the same problem when I bought my bike. The left light was adjusted way too high, when following a car, it would be straight in their mirrors.. got a lot of angry looks and had a guy at opposite lights flash me then leave his lights on high-beam.

I adjusted it down, no probs after that.

I thoroughly recommend Daryl's headlight mod... well worth the money. Only took 8 days from ordering to get here from Canada. (or you could make one yourself if you want)

You can also just splice into the green wire in the left side handle bar switch and run a wire from there to the right hand headlight ,either way it's better than having just one

I'd definately recommend going with bd43 (Daryls) harness. He sends you the cable all made up with the right connectors, everything is heat shrinked and really neat, and it comes with a couple of pages of instructions complete with photos that makes the job really easy.

It makes such a difference having both lights on. Well worth it!

Hey guys
I just got another high beam low beam globe and cut it down so it would fit in the socket, then just added a new high beam wire from the other and did the same with the low beam wire. So both headlights have a low beam and a high beam. Have had no problems at all ( did it more than 6 months ago).
