Fazer Fuel tank

Hi all I have a 2001 (Y reg) fazer with the flat top style fuel tank on it but i was thinking of changing it for the one that is fitted to the newer models (2002 onwards) think its slightly larger capacity, does anyone know if this will just go straight on or if some modding is required or if its just a complete no-go lol

Hi Mate,

Don't think your post is being ignored. There may not be any members on here with a 2001 Fazer. You will find mainly FZ6 owners here. That is not to say that you are not welcome. TThere are other bike owners around to. Try the UK Fazer site to get an answer.
