I recently got a fault code 14 from my bike one morning, and being concerned i took my car into work. I got online and found out what the 14 code is and i checked everything associated with it and found no problems. The bike runs fine and i took it on a 10mi trip after checking everything out. Is there a way to reset it so i dont have to keep seeing it and the red engine light?

"Fault Code: 14
Diagnostic Code: 03
Symptom: Faulty intake air pressure sensor pipe system
Probable cause of malfunction:
detected hose
clogged hose
Intake air pressure sensor hose is detached, clogged,
kinked, or pinched.
Malfunction in ECU."

I would check all those associated probable causes. If it really is a malfunction with the ECU, you'll need to take it to the dealer.

i believe that if you disconnect the battery for 15 minutes it will reset the computer and if the code comes back then something is still setting it off.
