The switch came off of a used project bike that I had purchsed so I cannot speak to how oftem the switch was used. I can take some photos of the internals if it is helpful.

Photos of internals not necessary mate. Having taken one apart there really isn't much to see lol. I am happy to take you at your word that it is working. I'll see how were fixed for shipping.
