EZ Pass ... Where to mount it?

Do you think 3 velcro strips on the frame would look ugly? If you put on left side you could reach down and remove if the @#%!@ gate doesn't open. Hating on the MTA crossings!!

First of all, you know you can get a motorcycle ezpass right? there are some discounts on many tolls if you have one.

I logged in my ezpass account and ordered extra Velcro stickers, the ones they send with the original ezpass, they are "free" I velcroed mine on the front fairing on the right hand, inside, you don't even need top unscrew anything, I used it on several tolls and worked fine on all, best things are, since no one can see it, you won't get it stolen, you don't have to remove it and it does not look bad on top of your handlebar/attached to the windchill.

bye

As per my previous posts, I no longer have any fairings as I went naked. I am looking for a new nice spot to mount the EZPass tag.

Yes, I am aware that a motorcycle tag is offered and that is what I have. In NY, the motorcycle tag is identical in size and shape to the cage tag, it just has a big "M" on the back to denote that it is for a bike. The discounts are great, I just wish that it was smaller so I would have somewhere remote to mount it.

All good ideeas! Now that I have the top case, I dont like using my tank bad. It has the map pocket, so I stick the ez pass in there, works fine.

Is there room to mount it in between your fly screen and your speedo?

There is room between the tiny fly screen and the speedo to mount the tag on the back of the screen, but I was really hoping to avoid going that route. The fly screen is so small that the tag would dominate the screen and take away from the nice clean look of the setup. At this point, though, it is still an option.
