At the beginning of this month a Dutch motorcyclist won € 4217 (75% of his claim) after a crash in Sweden, after using video to prove that there were no appropriate signs on the road, warning of loose gravel or road works.
Here's the story
Luckily the guy was a member of the Dutch MAG.
Hopefully this will persuade other countries to signpost any danger spots.:thumbup:
