does your bike pick up the front wheel in 1st gear?

mine comes up at 11k rpms, i'm 140 lbs

here are my mods

Leo Vince slip-on dual undertail exhaust w/Cat Elim. pipe, swingarm tag bracket (not reflected in pics), LSL frame sliders, Powerbronze bellypan, smoke flush-mount turn signals, TCP Aerodynamics seat cowl, radiator panels, and front fender, K&N air filter, Pazzo levers, Vortex 520 front sprocket and 48-T rear sprocket, EK gold chain, smoke integrated tail light, smoke stainless steel brake lines (not reflected in pics), puig windscreen, custom suburban handlebars & clamp, and custom chain guard
 
If I'm going full throttle, it only comes up when I shift into 2nd(caused by a shock load on the driveline)

If I let off the throttle then get back on it, it'll wheelie.

I'm twice as heavy as the OP so it's a big tough to get it to wheelie without shock loads or clutching.
 
Sure does, - even in 3rd ....,- did that by accident coming on to the freeway, - guess I was half a sleep, so I forgot to come off the throttle between 2 and 3, dropped the clutch,- and airborne she was! (I must have been in the 12K area)
 
Here's me clutching the front wheel up from about 5k in 2nd gear :thumbup: easy done , just ask the rest of the Bris Fizz boys how easy i can wheel stand it :squid: :spank:......She's only about 4-5 inches up but she is up there till i back it off......Might go get it higher now the new Steering head bearings are in :D....

Might be why your bearings are screwed in the first place...too many wheelies! LOL! Still it's worth bearing wear...so much fun! Naughty on public roads, but fun.

LOL maybe but it is so much fun :D......Changed the head bearings lastnite but i'll put that in its own thread later :thumbup:
