Does this cowl fit on the gel seat?

Hi all. Search came up with nothing. Before I order this, does anyone know if this seat cowl will fit on the OEM Yamaha gel seat?

Seat cowl: TCP 04-06 Yamaha FZ6 - Seat Cowl

The Yamaha gel seat appears to be the same size, however, I've since sold the original seat so I can't be sure.

I doubt it, look at the back of that gel seat and how it is higher than the tail light.

Then look at this dudes bike and how the stock seat is almost even with the tail end.

Yes it does it is tight but fits. I have one on my bike with a gel seat
