Hi guys!
Still waiting for my front Racetech springs to arrive. Now I'm thinking to adjust the rear shock somehow. All I saw were 800$ products. Is there any solution that can be done within a 200$ limit? I saw someone managed to do a R6 rear shock adaptation to FZ6. Is that reliable? Could source one of those pretty cheap on ebay.

It's been covered, but R6s (and most any sportbike with a decent rear shock) has a shock linkage, where the FZ6's is bolted right to the swingarm. Changes the leverage ratio, so the damping is all wrong. You could swap out the spring on another shock to be right, but that would still leave the damping all jacked up.

There was a thread a week or so ago with a seller on ebay that would tune shocks to your specs... you could get an R6 core and have them tune it to work. But I think the service alone was around $200.
