custom fz6 frame caps

I`m new to the forum.Just got my bike 2 weeks ago and been getting lots of ideas from the site.Just wanted to show off my frame caps I made the other day.

These are just fender washers that I welded the hole up then welded a screw to it and ground smooth.one side mounts witha drywall anchor the other side I turned down a piece of teflon to fit.could produce some but I need to see how these hold up first.

They make something similar to this in the UK for my bike. IM not sure if the holes are the same but if they are you can buy this kit i guess. Its kind of pricey.

I will be ordering a kit when i have extra funds in a few months.

so far there doing great.no scuffs of the paint or anything.let me look into some different supplies other than welding the hole up in a washer.

These are some plastic tubing caps I pickrd up. I modified one to fit the eliptical shape of the swing arm pivot hole, a bit of silastic on the cap and they have not budged for 5000 k's
