Has anyone fitted crash protection, sliders or whatever you wish to call them to a 2008 fazer S2 fitted with lowers WITHOUT drilling holes in the lowers.

I have hunted around on the web and cannot find a UK source to suit my needs, I found some GSG moto ones code Y35 that work without drilling does anybody supply these in the UK. HELP before it's too late, can't afford another set of lowers if the bike goes for a slide:spank:

You can get some Yamaha ones that have metal block things that offset the sliders so they can fit through the holes already in the fairing. Someone posted about them on here a week or so ago. Do a search.

I have R&G ones and had to drill. They are longer than normal ones as they have to protect the fairing and the engine etc.

EDIT: I just noticed it was the post under yours! :) http://www.600riders.com/forum/fz6-mods/28211-frame-sliders-yamaha-full-cowling-fairing.html
