Corbin Seat-Different for 04-06 and 07-09????

Looking to order a Corbin seat for my 2009 FZ6. Looking at their website they list separate part numbers for the 04-06 (Y-FZ6-4-GL) and the 07-09 (#Y-FZ6-7-GL).

Is there actually some difference in the seat pans between those model years?

The reason I am asking is that they have this picture of what, IMO, is a awful looking seat for the 07-09:

The 04-06 have pics that look like what others on this forum have purchased.

So those that have a 07-09 FZ6 with a Corbin seat, what part # is it????

the latch for the seat is a little different on the 07-09s, that being said i have a 04-06 Corbin on my 07, works fine. The only difference is with the seat fully latched, i can pick up the back maybe 1/2" or so whereas the stock was tight. Not noticable when riding or anything, i'm not worried about it.

I fixed the play in my seat by adding a couple washers uner the clip on the seat. I don't know if you care enough to change it, but I know it worked great for me.

I ordred this seat in November and i got it late January.
Had to order from as company in Sweden and it was expensive with taxes etc.
My bike is on a winter storage and it is still a lot of snow here so i have to wait for testing maybe in April.
