Clicking Noise

There seems to be a clicking noise when riding my bike in second gear around 4500rpm. I think the sound is there in other gears and other speeds but it is most noticable in second. If I pull my cluch in the noise goes away. Anyone know the possible cause ?

lifters? I have the same noise. Havent sweat much about it though.

Yeah, I have that too. Bike runs just fine, I don't see any reason to investigate this
