hi , been looking on YouTube about drilling the baffles in the exhaust 2 have a bit less of a sawing machine noise, any thoughts ?

Yes. Do it, you've got nothing to lose.
Makes the exhaust sound much better without making it sound obnoxious or annoying.

I Did it, it makes a little difference. Worth doing doesn't take long took me like 15 minutes just took a 3/4 inch 12inch long. A lot of people on this forum have done it. Go for it it's no aftermarket exhaust but can't hurt to get a little more out of the stock system.

I did it, I did not like the way it sounded. Its more annoying than anything, I ended up buying a used two bro's exhaust. Worth every penny.

Used a 1" masonry bit on mine a while ago. Definitely sounds louder/deeper at idle but really no noticeable change aside from that. It's still really quiet next to any aftermarket exhaust.

I have drilled my baffles, its more of a whine tinny sound tbh.

After riding the fz6 with two bros nothing else comes close.
