I just put my bike up on stands to change the tire.




I would have been more impressed if he jumped onto the truck and used a tire machine to mount and balance a new tire on the wheel, then install the same wheel, but with new tire..:thumbup:

How do you practice for this? And Why? Not me, I use a stand, and even then I am shaky.
