Changing top yoke

My top yoke is a bit dirty and scratched so I bought a new one on eBay for a decent price.

From what I can see it just looks like there's 2 bolts to slacken off then replace with new yoke and retighten. Is that it? Anything to watch out for?

check the bearings are ok and greased sufficiently, and torque it on correctly

not removed it myself so i may be missing something
