Brought home the new baby today!!

A big thanks to Daybreaker for helping me achieve the goal of owning a gorgeous FZ6! I am now the proud new owner of a 2007 FZ6 that was previously owned by Daybreaker. It is in absolutely amazing condition. The ride home was quite the trip; a trial by fire if I ever saw one. A trip on the interstate, rain, and twisties/sharp turns in the rain. Seeing as this is my first bike, those were all very new for me to experience, especially on a bike that I had just purchased.

That sounds like quite the ride! My FZ was a surprise "bonus" for me from my boss (aka, Dad). On the way home from the dealership we stopped to eat. Mine for all of 2 hours and it rained on her.

Congrats!!! I know how you must feel, I also (fairly) recently took ownership of a blue 07 in great shape. Makes me miss the bike..it's in the shop for a 4000 mile service.

Did you say you're a new rider and you got to ride in the rain and with sharp turns? Cool -- that means you've got more experience than some really experienced riders (who are too scared to ride in rain).

haha...sorry everyone about the misleading title. i didn't even think about that when i typed it.
i'll be sure to post pics with mods as they come. the first thing i want to do is add some exhaust, the stock is way too quiet. i'm thinking about putting on two brothers exhaust. i'll dig through all of the threads though and see what everyone here thinks about different mods.
