They always break election promises and always say it's unavoidable.

Does not surprise me one bit. We have been in the apathetic/dependency phase of democracy for the past 5-10 years. Once full government dependency is reached the government will take control of our lives just like many governments on the other side of the big lake have.
But does it really matter anyway? The world should be ending soon in a zombie apocalypse. At least I have stockpiles of ammo at various locations, well water and heat my house with wood and a car and an fz6 that each get 50mpg. Those of you in the big cities will be the first to turn zombie and I'll use you for target practice. :thumbup:

They need to reinstitute the principal behind the "you must be a landowning man to vote" concept from the Greek system of old.
