I need Brake caliper seal dimensions, i'll try to find the seals from the local seal / oring shop.
Yesterday, i found all the orings needed for my other bike's carb rebuilding.
May be i can find the caliper seals also. They have a great stock of seals.

I recommend against your path of action. The brake caliper seals have a non-round cross-section, and are made from a rubber that will stand up to heat, friction, and brake fluid.

Instead, Yamaha has a factory rebuild kit that includes seals and new pistons. It's important to replace the pistons at this time as they become scored and worn from friction. Also, the kit with pistons is only about $3.11 more than the kit without pistons (for first gen FZ6). Clearly, Yamaha is encouraging you to replace the pistons at the same time.

The part number that you're looking for is: 5KS-W0057-00-00 for first gen FZ6, 4SV-W0057-00-00 for second gen FZ6.

Never heard of a seal AND piston kit but plus one re the seals.

Their side view is rectangular (perhaps closer to square).

Unless the pistons are pitted, metal cleaner (like for wheels) usually brings them back to new.

IMO, your gambling with your life putting anything else but OEM in your calipers..
