Heard of it in a Twisted Throttle ad. Apparently it's clothing with grey / black colors that reflects car light. Who knew.

My First Gear leathers have that or something like that (3M by the tags) integrated into them. Its pretty small areas on both the jacket and pants. When you look at it, you'd never guess it was reflective as it just looks silver / grey...
